There is no doubt that 2025 was a difficult year regarding the finances of our Church. If not for the answer to our collective prayers and the diligent work by several of our members in securing a significant refund from the federal government, the picture would be very dire. In response to this dubious year of giving, the Finance Committee has submitted a 2026 budget of $477,333 for 2026.
This amounts to a reduction of over $32,000 in contemplated expenses. The year 2026 will again be a challenge. All members should take to heart the suggestions submitted recently in presentations by the Finance Committee. There is still God’s work to do here.
